How does the cart function if an order is not able to be placed via real-time?

Occasionally we cannot connect to your payment processor. In that event we simply record the order details, and send you notice that the credit cart was NOT processed.

You will need to verify whether or not that payment was processed by your gateway. If it was not processed, you will need to do so manually.
