The shopping cart has the ability to track your orders, and additionally allow your customers to view the current order status.
Use this setting to select the default Order Status you would like to display in the "Search My Orders" tool.
To enable the optional ability to allow the customer to view their order status, you must turn on Send An Order Status Link With The Email Receipt
Note: This value will not be used if any products are listed as being on "Back Order" or, if there is a problem connecting to your payment processor, etc.
