This option is not available for all gateways, once you have selected your gateway this option will appear if your gateway supports it.
Some gateways have the ability to deny an order based on the AVS (address verification) result. This will notify the gateway that you would like to use this feature.
Note: If your gateway does not support this feature, then all transactions will be processed according to your gateway settings.
