Error? Invoice failed, N:E:057:Terminal is not programmed for this service, Call Customer Support.

This error means that your merchant services account does not accept the credit card type that was entered by your customer.

To be able to accept that card type you will need to contact your Merchant Services Provider.

To avoid getting that error in the meantime,
  1. Log into your Cart Administration.
  2. Go to "Cart Settings".
  3. Click on step #4 "Payment/Gateway Settings" and "un-check" the box next to the card type that received that error.
