Where do I get my Username/Password?|
If you created the demo account yourself, the Username & Password are what you set up at that time.
If you purchased the cart from one of our resellers, you should have received an email with your Username & Password.
If you need to create a new demo account click here.
If you know your Username, you can go to the login page which, at the bottom of the page includes a link that will help you to get your password reset.

Note: Only shopping cart passwords can be changed in this manner. If you are trying to change your payment gateway password please contact support for your payment gateway.
